Students who do not receive any other travel support from Erasmus+ will receive an additional one-time payment of 50 EUR and up to 4 days of grant for the return journey if relevant, by traveling in an environmentally friendly manner.
Erasmus+ also offers you the opportunity to go on international traineeships. Through this program, you have a unique chance to gain international contacts and work experience.
Generous grants make it attractive to choose Erasmus+ as a mobility program for exchanges lasting 1-2 semesters.
"I chose to study at UiS because I heard a lot of positives about the city Stavanger and also the student environment" says Erik Hjorth Kjelvik.
"UiS was the only University which offered Master of prehospital critical care. Also as a matter of fact, Stavanger has a nice weather as well as a nice beach" says Mona Rafiei.
"I had my heart set on coming to Norway for my education.UiS offered the master’s subject that I was interested in pursuing; it really felt like it was meant to be" says Nora Elizabeth Anise.
"While looking for a place to do my masters at I was already sure that I wanted to go to Norway" says Matthias Anton Schedel.
"On a forum online I saw someone discussing a similar topic suggesting going to Stavanger. I applied and the UiS accepted" says Tristan Josphus Claude Tanghe.
"During my bachelor I realized that I wanted to learn even more about business and leadership which is why I pursued the master program, and I have not regretted my decision".
