Dancers and musicians from campus Bjergsted will showcase their artistry.
This Friday, the jazz and dance group Lysbrudd will present "Crossing Streams."
The group, consisting of jazz musicians Maja Persson and Stella Brachel, and dancers Johanne Risnes Lerheim and Mie Bruun Ahlgreen, takes you on an atmospheric journey as they explore the phenomenon of closeness.
Through words, music, and movement, the artists dive into what connects us — a fleeting moment of contact, the silence between us, and the small yet significant gestures that create intimacy.
Additionally, we will hear Aurora Brusevold (trumpet) and Erlend Johannessen (piano). This duo composes and plays their own music, with a flair for clear melodies and simple harmonies, not unlike pop music. At the same time, they adhere to jazz ideals of improvisation and interaction. As a result, you never quite know what will happen. So come and listen as Brusevold and Johannessen immerse themselves in the ongoing artistic process!
