Staying motivated and Present - even on a BAD day
Workshop aimed at PhD and Postdocs at University of Stavanger
An experiential workshop that aims to cover practical tools for staying motivated and present, even on a bad day. Through discussions, reflections, and exercises, it will explore your mindset, motivation, and purpose as a researcher. In addition, it may uncover stressful triggers and the antidote to those.
The program is built on strength-based development, the Job Demands-Resources theory, and Co-Active Coaching.
