Sadaf Basharat

About me

I am a PhD Fellow at the Department of Economics and Finance at the UiS School of Business and Law. My research focuses on the social and emotional well-being of children and educators in the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector. I am involved in the SELMA project, a large-scale Randomized Controlled Trial designed to develop and evaluate an intervention aimed at promoting the social and emotional learning of kindergarten children. My research expertise includes validating measurement instruments, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), multi-level modeling, and the analysis of large-scale assessment data.
