Accountant – Summer student

Tasks:

Typical daily tasks:

• Invoice handling including receipt and transfer of invoices within our invoice system
• Create and release purchase orders
• Close cooperation with the Global service team to ensure that daily/monthly tasks are completed
• Communication and cooperation with Vendors
• Intercompany follow up, and other open items (accruals, vendors, customers)
• Follow up daily payment files

Qualifications and experience required:

• 1-2 year at University (Finance / Accounting) 
• Relevant experience is an advantage  
• Knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
