CIAM Lunch & Learn on how digitalization will help us to optimize the entire lifecycle from planning, engineering, commissioning and tunnel release all the way to operation.
- When: October 26th, 2022, 11:30 – 12:00
- Where: Online on Teams
- Who: Michael Geck
- Title: “Digital Tunnel – Ready before it’s built”
In large tunnel projects, we deal with complex structures with long lead times, many involved stakeholders, a tight schedule, and high-cost pressure. Digitalization will help us optimize the entire lifecycle from planning, engineering, commissioning, and tunnel release to operation.
In this webinar Michael Geck from Siemens will talk about Siemens digitalization products which can be used for tunnel projects from the beginning of the planning phase to operation:
Learn about new opportunities to create a "digital" tunnel as well as:
- Using behavior models for even more realistic virtual commissioning
- Training operators with the digital twin to prepare them for real operation
- Maintaining the tunnel with innovative approaches
