Learning outcome

The aim of this course is to introduce basic ecological and environmental system concepts, terminology and system mechanisms, disruption of ecosystem functionality and structure, and fundamentals of environmental reasoning and thinking. All topics are covered by quantitative calculations, and descriptive mechanisms are supported by quantitative arguments.
