The course discusses the most important approaches in cross section, time series and panel data econometric at an advanced level. This is followed up by specialisation in the area that is most relevant for the individual student's research project.

The course will contain topics at the advanced level econometric analysis. The course is intended to bring the student to the research front in an area pertaining to his/her PhD project.
Learning outcome
After completed the course, the student shall have sufficiently detailed knowledge of the topic to conduct empirical analysis at the research front in industrial economics.

Course assessment
There must be an early dialogue between the course supervisor, the student union representative and the students. The purpose is feedback from the students for changes and adjustments in the course for the current semester.In addition, a digital subject evaluation must be carried out at least every three years. Its purpose is to gather the students experiences with the course.
