Content
Planning and Building act, application of the Norwegian Standard for contracting and planning. Network planning, scheduling and resources planning. Production management for the building and construction industry. Project organisation, project analysis, production program, detail plans, working schedules, operations management. The Norwegian Building Act: HMS planning. The use of information models in the planning phase and introduction to the various computer programs involved in these processes.
NB! This is an elective course and may be cancelled if fewer than 10 students are enrolled by August 20th for the autumn semester.

Written digital exam. Portfolio assessment is two project assignments in a group.Both the project work and the exam must be passed in order to obtain a passing grade in the course. Candidates who do not pass the project work cannot submit project work again until the next time the course has ordinary teaching.
