Magne and Inge take a spin to show how the centripetal force works.

You need:
- A wooden board (15x20 cm)
- Twine
- A glass of water (preferably plastic)
Recipe:
- Tie twine in all corners of the board, fasten the four strings with a knot
- Fill the glass with water and place it on the tray
- Grasp the strings firmly and spin the board quickly
This is a great way to see how centripetal force works - the water stays in the glass when the speed is high. When we spin around vertically, it went pretty well. But when we spin around horizontally, we became very dizzy - and both the glass of water and Inge fell to the ground!
