Stavanger Chamber Music Festival 2025
The Stavanger Chamber Music Festival is planning a beautiful festival in August and invites you to the program launch on Thursday 3 April at 11.15 am in the Eikenes Hall at the Faculty of Performing Arts in Bjergsted Cultural Park.
The festival's artistic directors, Christian Ihle Hadland and Andreas Brantelid, will come to Stavanger for the occasion and will talk about this year's beautiful theme: Longing! The heart and pain of romance are coming to the fore, but we won't sob through an entire festival week. On the contrary!
From the August program they will play Brahms' virtuoso and Maurice Ravel's passionate gypsy excesses. They will be joined by the young and refined Swedish violinist Ava Bahari, who will also be coming in August.
Coffee, tea and delicious pastries will be served. The session can be combined with a trip to the beautiful Bjergsted Cultural Park.
