- Can critically appraise key knowledge in communication, related to human factors, decision making and management in prehospital emergencies
- Has thorough knowledge of theory of effective communication within a team, as well as with patients and relatives in emergency situations

- Can critically evaluate human factors that are involved when faced with critical incidents and describe the application of crew resource management techniques to minimize risks and improve outcomes
- Can evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of inter-agency working, specifically in relation to management, decision making, communication and team working
