Strategic Innovation Management E-BSA130

Innovation is a core challenge for organizations in all phases of their lives. For established organisations, the challenge is to come up with innovation, to be able to create and deliver a steady stream of new products and services, and to improve internal processes to be able to do this. For start-ups, it presents itself as how they can manage the growth of a viable business through developing and refining solutions - and then scaling them. The importance of carrying out innovation in a manageable and structured way has recently been recognized by the upcoming ISO certification in innovation management. As in the case of ISO Quality Management and ISO Environmental Management, ISO 56001 will enable organizations to be certified if their innovation management system meets the standard's requirements.
