About the position

As a Project Completion graduate you will be part of an inclusive and enthusiastic team that is responsible for bringing projects from the drawing board to the completion of a new offshore installation. You will be able to join exciting projects and experience what goes into completion both in the office, on construction sites and offshore. Throught the development and use of digital solutions we are bringing project completion into the future.

Requirements to the applicant

Typical work tasks can be:

  • Participate in preparation of commissioning schedule, procedures, and system break down.
  • Operate and ensure correct use of a completion database for the project.
  • Provide on-site technical input during onshore construction phase.
  • Contribute to successful installation and completion offshore.
  • Ensure and promote continuous improvement throughout the project cycle.

Qualifications:

  • You have recently graduated or will graduate in 2025 with an BSc/MSc within a technical field, i.e mechanical, process, electrical, automation, cybernetics or subsea
  • You have maximum three years of relevant professional experience
  • A trade certificate is a bonus but not required
  • English and/or Norwegian language working proficiency

Aker BP is a company engaged in exploration, field development and production of oil and gas on the Norwegian continental shelf. The company operates six field centres: Alvheim, Ivar Aasen, Skarv, Edvard Grieg, Ula and Valhall, and is a partner in the Johan Sverdrup field.
