Bøker & beats

At the autumn's first Books & Beats at the university library at Ullandhaug, you will hear AsBest, which consists of Magnus Schjølset Solberg on drums, Martin Lian on bass and David Johan Trohaug on guitar. All three are students at the Faculty of Performing Arts in Bjergsted.

AsBest takes the American jazz tradition as its starting point, and emphasizes playfulness, musicality and, not least, solid craftsmanship.
